CCBA has an extensive footprint in Africa, employing approximately 14 000 employees in Africa, with over 2000 employees in KenyaKey Purpose Statement The Truck Driver is responsible for safely moving stock between CCBA manufacturing plants, distribution centres and customers on time and in full. This role reports to Driver Team leader.
Key Duties & Responsibilities 1. Hauling of bulk stock (Primary Distribution) between Manufacturing Plants and Distribution Centres / Local Distribution Partners and OCCD’s2. Delivery of stock (Secondary Distribution) to Direct Delivery customers and OCCD’s3. Providing professional and efficient customer service to the Internal and external customers4. Conducting and Compiling necessary invoicing to ensure that all delivery documents are correct and checked.5. Taking full accountability of the allocated truck, mobile device, stock and pallets on truck6. Co-coordinating and receiving customer Invoices.7. Performing daily stock counts in an accurate and prompt manner.8. Complying with security checks and procedures9. Management and supervision of the crew on the truck
Skills, Experience & Education QUALIFICATIONS:Form 4 certificate (KCSE)Valid and applicable driver’s license Valid Professional Drivers Permit (Country Specific)Prepared to work fixed shifts at a specific time of day / days of the weekEXPERIENCE:Prior distribution driving experience

Also, ensure that customer service and stakeholders are well aligned to the set KORE requirement while maintaining the highest standard. This role reports to Fleet & CDE Team leader.
Key Duties & Responsibilities 1. Manage Fleet maintenanceManage execution of the maintenance Plan for regular maintenance of all Fleet vehicles to ensure fleet is maintained as per scheduleEnsure good housekeeping of the workshop for cleanliness and a safe working Assist Fleet Mechanics with breakdown repairs and troubleshooting of faults2. Ensure effective administrative processesAdhere to necessary legal requirementsEnsure that all Job cards are signed off on completion and the transaction completed in Ensure that the daily and weekly maintenance plan is executed as per schedule.3. Manage BudgetMonitor expenses/ BudgetControl COE’sProvide input and support to the department’s Budget Planning Process4. Manage peopleOn-going,informal performance monitoring, feedback and coaching provided daily or as per need.Team KPI’s measured regularly, communicated to team and if necessary, corrective action taken to improve performance to meet standards.
Skills, Experience & Education QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors Degree in Automotive Engineering or EquivalentEXPERIENCE:Minimum 3 years’ experience in Fleet Maintenance
