Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruiting, selecting, training, motivating and developing independent agents, Direct Sales Force and PSV saccos.
- Ensuring the achievement of manpower and sales budgets
- Sourcing quality and sustainable business for the company
- Growing the business with a proper business mix of 60:40 motor to non-motor 60:40
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements and standards
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least a diploma certificate
- COP qualified/exempted
- 3 years’ experience in general insurance sales
- 1 year’s experience in managing sales teams
