A woman from Florida faced arrest over the weekend for allegedly throwing a burrito and a soft shell taco at her husband during a meal-related argument on his birthday, according to police.
The St. Petersburg Police Department charged 34-year-old Esha Persad with domestic battery following the fast-food confrontation. The incident took place just after midnight on Saturday, as reported by FOX Orlando.

Persad and her husband of five years had an argument after she brought home food from Taco Bell and McDonald’s for his birthday, according to a police affidavit.
She reportedly threw both the burrito and the soft shell taco at him. When police officers arrived at their residence, the burrito was still on the man’s face, according to the news station.
He did not sustain any injuries. Persad claimed she threw the burrito because her husband had thrown a bag at her, a claim he denied.
Persad was taken to the Pinellas County jail and released later that day, according to jail records.
