Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz pull up to a house with a 'For Sale' sign out front in a Rolls-Royce while filming Vanderpump Rules in LA

Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz were spotted filming season 11 of Vanderpump Rules in Los Angeles, California on Friday. 

For the scene, the duo, who are co-owners of the restaurant and bar Schwartz and Sandy’s, were seen arriving to a house with a ‘For Sale’ sign out in the front yard. 

As they made their way into the property, Schwartz looked relaxed as he walked with one hand in the front of his olive green pants, which he styled with a black t-shirt. 

His business partner and longtime pal wore a mesh black shirt, jeans and his infamous lightning bolt necklace.

While it is unclear if either were house hunting, Sandoval is currently in the market for a new place to live as he is still living with ex-girlfriend, Ariana Madix, five months after she ended their nine-year relationship over his infidelity.

Earlier this week, Madix defended her choice to continue to live under the same roof as Sandoval ex while working with a ‘lawyer and financial advisors to navigate the best path forward’ without ‘uprooting’ herself, dog and elderly cat. 

In response to Bethenny Frankel criticizing her for not moving out already, Madix explained that she will not ‘f**k [herself] over’ by making any rash decisions. 

‘I have never been someone who came from money. I know how quickly that goes away,’ she said on the Scheananigans With Scheana Shay podcast. ‘I’m taking care of myself.’ 

The TV personality went to on to say that she is ‘not rich’ and has a mortgage and other expenses.

‘A lot of people on the internet seem to think I’m rolling in money right now. I have a lot of places where that money has to go before I get [it],’ she continued.

Despite living with Sandoval, the actress made it clear that she keeps their interactions to a minimum.

‘I have a pretty decent setup,’ she said. ‘My room is kind of like my little apartment… I stay in my own little zone.’ 

Additionally, Madix said she keeps her door ‘locked just in case’ and sleeps ‘easier at night not giving a f**k when he comes in that door.’

Open book: Earlier this week, the Buying Back My Daughter star explained why she has not moved in the comment section of one of her recent Instagram posts

‘Yes, we’re in the same house, but I don’t have to think about [him],’ the former bartender told listeners.

The former couple purchased a five-bedroom home together for just over $2 million together in 2019. 

Previously she told Andy Cohen that she ‘avoid run-ins at all costs’ as he sleeps in the guest room. 

‘It’s big enough that we don’t have to [see each other],’ she said. ‘I’m in the primary bedroom. If you go upstairs, it’s to the left. And if you go upstairs, and you go all the way down to the right, that’s the guest bedroom. That’s where he’s staying. We communicate with a third party,’ she told the LA Times, earlier this year. 

As for why she doesn’t rent an Airbnb or stay at a hotel, she said she ‘can’t afford to do that’ and is already paying 50 percent of the mortgage every month.
