Tiffany Haddish was pictured in a new video and photos showing her arrest early Friday morning.
The 43-year-old Girls Trip star was seen being escorted into a police car after being taken into custody for a DUI arrest.
Responding officers reportedly discovered her asleep behind the wheel of her car, which was still running, in the middle of busy Beverly Drive.
This is a second DUI arrest for the star, who was previously found sleeping in her car in Georgia in January 2022.
DailyMail.com did not immediately hear back from Tiffany’s representatives to comment on the situation.

Haddish was dressed in a red and white floral sleeveless blouse with a ruffled front, the same top she wore the night before at The Laugh Factory comedy club on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood.
She performed as part of the club’s 43rd annual free Thanksgiving celebration for the community.
The stand-up star didn’t appear to have changed anything to her outfit, as she also wore the same slim black pants she wore on stage, as well as black sneakers.
Video taken from a nearby vehicle shows Haddish being walked from one police car to another as police officers stand on either side.
Her hands are held behind her back and when she reaches the vehicle, she turns to it and reveals that she is handcuffed.
The officer closest to the car then helps her into it, and a third officer joins the two after closing the trunk of the car.
Haddish appeared to maintain a black expression at halftime and did not appear visibly upset.
The officer accompanying her did not seem concerned about her as she stood without any of them holding her as she waited for them to open the car door.

The location of her arrest was particularly shocking, as her car was found in the middle of the busy Beverly Drive street, which is lined with stores including Pottery Barn and Sephora.
The call to the police came at approx 5:45 am from a concerned citizen who was concerned about the actress sleeping in her car in the early morning hours. Haddish allegedly “fell over the steering wheel while the car was moving,” the site claimed.
She was cited for driving under the influence and is expected to be released later today.
The site said her arrest was “peaceful” and without resistance.
Before she fell asleep at the wheel of her car, Tiffany tried to make people laugh.
She had performed a stand-up set at The Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood for the club’s 43rd annual free Thanksgiving party for the community.
The Laugh Factory is about a 15-minute drive from Beverly Hills.
This isn’t the first time she’s been arrested for falling asleep at the wheel of a car.
In January 2022, she was arrested for drunken driving in Peachtree City, Georgia, under similar circumstances.

According to her, the Night School actress was found ‘dozing in the driver’s seat’ of her car TMZ.
Soon after, her mugshot was released, where the star was seen smiling as she wore her hair in a short blonde buzz cut as she went makeup-free.
The star has been in Georgia filming the film Haunted Mansion with co-stars Owen Wilson and Rosario Dawson for Walt Disney Productions.
Officers told the site they believed she had smoked marijuana.
The site also looked at her arrest record, which said she posted $1,666 to get out of jail around 6:30 am.
The arrest took place around 4 a.m. Eastern time in Georgia, it was alleged.
Police approached the star’s vehicle after a concerned citizen called about a woman sleeping in her car.
After officers woke her up, she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and stopping in a roadway in a manner not safe for traffic.

Apparently, Tiffany — who split from musician Common in November 2021 — didn’t pull off the road properly for her nap.
It was also claimed that when police officers saw her vehicle, she just drove off the road. By the time they looked through her window, she had already rested, it was said.
Haddish was arrested by officers from the Peachtree City Police Department, police told the site. Peachtree City is the largest city in Fayette County, Georgia.
Tiffany was taken to police headquarters and was in custody for “a few hours,” according to the site. She appeared to have been in custody from 4 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.
