Former Kubamba TV Show presenter DJ Moz whose real name is Moses Kimathi has often been a center of conversation for the longest time especially due to his marriage to a European lady. Moz for the first time opened up about his family life and some of the strange expectations he often faces from the contemporary world. The former Citizen TV host appeared in a YouTube interview dubbed “Daddy’s Corner” that was hosted by his former colleague at Kubamba Show Dj Soxxy.
Well, one of the interesting things that DJ Moz revealed is how many people mistake him for a family driver when he is spotted driving his family around.
“Hata nikienda kudrop watoto wangu kwa mabeshte wao naskia wakisema ni uber, kumbe hawajui ni watoto wangu.” Moz confessed. (Watch video from minute 15:20)
However, the seasoned DJ revealed that he is used to such prejudices and no longer find them offending. During the same interview, the celebrity deejay also affirmed to Kenyans inter-racial marriages are normal unions and have nothing special as has often been preconceived by many people. Dj Moz is apparently married to one Deborah Kimathi who is a native of the United Kingdom. The couple have been together for more than 10 years and have so far sired three children together: two daughters and one son.
