The former senator further disclosed the reason behind his expensive reversible belt stating that he wears one belt in two years.

“I want to be honest with you I don’t have to wear two belts in two years one belt is enough. Murkomen’s dress code

The CS further disclosed that he balances his outfits by putting on one expensive accessory with more affordable clothing adding that someone must be tactical when it comes to dressing.

“You don’t have to wear them all at once, you plan it out so the other one balances it out when you wear an expensive watch, you pair it with your suit that costs around Ksh20,000 or Ksh30,000,” he said.

Expensive wear

The CS further disclosed that his humble background made him develop a weakness for nice pairs of shoes and watches.

Murkomen further clarified that he bought the items with his own money.

“In life, there are things that are vanity, in fact when I travel with my wife or come from church and place by the shop she would always tell me not to look at that side of the shoes. Even my sons tell me ‘Dad doesn’t look that way’ because they know if I see a good pair of shoes I may forget I was supposed to buy unga and I end up buying the shoe,” he said.
