Kyle Richards shared a sweet selfie to her Insta Stories with her husband Maurico Umansky on Monday.
They looked to be a happy pair as they were seen side by side with longtime pal Faye Resnick while they wished her a happy 66th birthday. ‘Happy Birthday. We love you,’ Kyle wrote over the photo.
There was no hint that they were on the outs.
Only hours later it was claimed they had split up after 27 years of marriage.
This only adds to the confusion over whether they are still sharing a bed these days or not.
On Monday Kyle took to Instagram to insist they have not split but then admitted they have had a rough year.

Richards used to often feature Mauricio on her Instagram page as they looked like a loved up power couple.
In a June 2022 video they were even seen kissing and hugging during a skincare tutorial.
But in the past few weeks she has been seen with female family or friends instead of her better half.
The last time he appeared on her main Instagram page was in mid June on Father’s Day.
She posted several throwback photos with him and their kids.
‘Happy Father’s Day @mumansky18 so grateful that our girls have such an incredible Dad. Leading them with love and instilling in them to be adventurous and live life to the fullest ❤️ Always there for them and not knowing how to say “no”. They would definitely agree you get the best Dad award,’ she wrote in her caption.
The 54-year-old reality star tied the knot with real estate agent Mauricio, 53, in 1996.

She quickly to social media the next day to slam the claims as ‘untrue’ even though it has been a ‘rough year’ for them both.
She wrote on Instagram: ‘In regards to the news that came out about us today… Any claims regarding us divorcing are untrue.
‘However, yes, we have had a rough year.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star – who is also mother to 34-year-old Farrah with ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie – went on to add that this year had been their ‘most challenging’ one so far.
But she insisted that they still ‘love and respect each other’ and begged others to stop creating ‘false stories’ about her private life.

Just hours earlier, a source claiming to be close to the couple had alleged that they split up some time ago but were still living together.
The insider told People: ‘Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while now but are still living under the same roof. They remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family.’
The timing of the split comes about a year and a half after the duo celebrated a marital milestone with their 25th wedding anniversary.

Amid the speculation about Richards and Wade wearing rings, a separate wave of conjecture surrounded Richards and Umansky last spring after she was seen on an outing without her wedding ring.
