The Poosh founder, 44, who revealed she had the urgent procedure to save her unborn baby’s life, appears to be recovering well and captioned the latest carousel of photos with: ‘pregnancy is so empowering.’
In both color as well as black and white images, the TV personality could be seen sporting a pair of black, patent leather pants as well as a lacey, black cropped top.
She layered the edgy ensemble with a fashionable, black leather jacket and lace black gloves for a finishing touch to the look.
Her dark locks were parted to the side, and effortlessly flowed down naturally past her shoulders as she struck a variety of poses.

Earlier this year in June, the star excitedly announced to the world that both she and husband, Travis Barker, are expecting their first child together.
She revealed the happy news while attending a Blink-182 concert in Los Angeles – which soon went viral. The beauty already shares Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, eight with ex, Scott Disick.
Barker is also father to son Landon, 19, and daughter Alabama, 17, whom he welcomed with his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler.

Travis notably rushed back home to be at his wife’s side last week, which postponed some European dates during Blink-182’s tour.
The band issued a statement to fans on Instagram and wrote, ‘Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return home to the States.’
‘The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows are being postponed. More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available.’

The Poosh founder expressed, ‘I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life.’
‘I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this,’ she sweetly added.

Kourtney admitted that she hadn’t been ‘prepared’ for ‘the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery’ after experiencing smooth pregnancies in the past.
‘I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear. I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.’
She concluded, ‘Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing.’
Barker jumped to the comment section in response to his wife’s post and also expressed his gratitude that all was well by adding, ‘God is great.’
Suki Waterhouse penned, ‘Thank god you are both safe. So much love,’ while one fan thanked the reality star for bringing awareness to fetal surgery.

Travis also jumped to Twitter earlier on Wednesday to share, ‘God is great. I flew home for a life-threatening emergency surgery for our baby that I’m so grateful went well. I want to say thank you for all the support. Tour resumes Friday.’
Last week, the couple were spotted exiting a Los Angeles hospital together and a source told People at the time that Kourtney was ‘back home now with her kids.’
The insider also informed the publication that, ‘She is feeling better. She is happy to have Travis back home too.’
Also on Sunday, Kourtney reposted a photo of red roses that she had sent to her husband as he returned to touring. He had penned over the photo, ‘My wife is the best @kourtneykardash.’
