Kim Zolciak is claiming that she and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann are still trying to make their marriage work, two weeks after he filed for divorce for a second time.
On Friday night, the 45-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum told her Instagram followers that she and the retired NFL linebacker, 37, have ‘been working’ on their marriage’ and ‘living as husband and wife.’
‘The lies daily are too much,’ she captioned a video of her massive walk-in closet, brimming with Christian Louboutin heels and hundreds of designer shoes.
She appeared to be alluding to reports that she has moved out of their $3 million Georgia mansion as she declared she was ‘living here and not going anywhere!’
Following reports that she has moved from their home amid their ‘serious financial’ woes, the reality star’s reps told DailyMail.com that the stories were ‘not true.’

Earlier in the day, TMZ reported that ‘a process server’ said they were unable to deliver a lawsuit to Zolciak because she ‘allegedly moved.’
The process server had also told the outlet that he spoke to an unidentified man, who asserted that he had ‘just purchased the property.’
Last Thursday, the former Atlanta Falcons’ linebacker asked a judge for permission to sell their marital home and filed documents asking to list their home as soon as possible.
The documents cite ‘serious financial trouble’ and the sale of the home would cover some ‘significant debt’ the couple has racked up over the years.
It was also mentioned in the filing, obtained by TMZ, that he was forced to sell personal items earlier this year to avoid a foreclosure auction back in February.
Kroy said through his lawyer Marlys A. Bergstrom’ that Zolciak, 45, has brought, ‘financial devastation’ to the family.
While Biermann, who played eight seasons in the NFL for the Atlanta Falcons and Buffalo Bills, managed scrape enough together to make the monthly payments and stave off foreclosure, it was said to be a ‘struggle’ every month.
The documents added that Biermann has sold some of his designer backpacks to come up with the necessary funds, though Zolciak apparently won’t do the same.

Biermann claims he has asked his estranged wife to sell some of her high-end designer purses… which she actually has done, though none of the money has gone to help their financial situation.
‘Ironically, she has been selling purses, hers and her daughters’ and other high end fashion items including her infamous wigs,’ Biermann alleges in the docs.
‘However, none of the funds garnered from the sale of these items have gone towards the mortgage, or any other bills,’ he claims.
The former football player added that they did not make July’s mortgage payment and they’re under threat of foreclosure once again if they don’t sell the home soon.
Biermann first met Zolciak at a charity event in 2010, and they tied the knot in 2011 at the Roswell, Georgia home they’ve shared for the duration of their marriage.
They share Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9, with Zolciak’s daughters Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, coming from previous relationships.

Kroy filed to adopt Brielle and Ariana in 2013, and they subsequently changed their last names due to the adoption.
Biermann filed for divorce in May 2023, with Biermann claiming his estranged wife had squandered over $1.5 million on gambling.
However, just two months later in July 2023, they withdrew the filing amid a supposed reconciliation.
Two weeks ago, Biermann re-filed for divorce. Biermann, however, claims they are currently ‘working’ on their marriage.
