Laura Henshaw's X-rated confession about what she does after sex divides opinions: 'This is really gross and disgusting'

Fitness influencer Laura Henshaw has raised eyebrows with her admission about what she does – or more pertinently what she doesn’t do – immediately after sex. 

During a recent episode of her Keep It Cleaner podcast, Laura, 30, revealed to her co-host Steph Claire Smith, 29, that she does not shower after a romp in the sheets with her husband Dalton Graham.

‘You don’t shower after sex?’ asked Steph, visibly disturbed by her friend’s confession. 

Confused, Laura turned to the Keep It Cleaner’s TikTok producer Mandy Sparks for validation. 

‘Do you?’ she asked, to which Mandy replied: ‘Always’. 

‘Why?’ Laura stammered, prompting Steph to interject: ‘The mess! You might be a bit sweaty.’ 

‘So you just, like, wipe it off with a tissue,’ shrugged Laura. 

‘Oh my God!’ Steph exclaimed, covering her mouth with her hands before breaking into laughter.

Laura’s confession sparked a debate among her TikTok followers, with many arguing that showering after sex is essential.

‘I will never not shower immediately after. I feel so disgusting afterwards I don’t know how you can’t,’ one user wrote. 

‘Isn’t it more important for girls because of increased uti risk?’ another concerned fan asked, while someone else added: ‘Girls who don’t shower after sex… really gross and disgusting,’ another added.

However there were plenty of users voicing their support for Laura’s post-coital behaviour, with one commenting: ‘If you have to have a shower after sex it wasn’t good enough. I feel so exhausted and just roll over and sleep.’

‘Jumping up to have a shower takes away from the moment,’ someone else argued. 

‘No way! I’m with you Laura, roll over and go to sleep!’ another fan agreed:
