The influencer, 24, has been dating former One Direction star Liam, 30, for around a year but was seen out and about with a friend at the Chiltern Firehouse last night.
Kate donned a sleek brown catsuit for the outing at the Marylebone hotel and kept her tousled blonde locks down for the night out.
The Instagram star completed the look with a pair of simple white shoes, which she paired with a matching handbag.
Kate, instead of being joined by her pop star boyfriend, kept the company of a fellow blonde who opted for a sleek black outfit made up of a miniskirt, jacket and knee-length boots.

No doubt Liam is taking it easy as he focuses on his health.

The outing for Kate comes amid a health battle for the Steal My Girl singer, who revealed in August that Liam had to cancel his tour over a ‘serious kidney infection.
The couple had been on a trip to Lake Como in Italy when he was struck down by the mystery illness.
At the time, Liam’s distraught mother fought back tears as she revealed how the superstar’s family were all ‘worried sick’ over her son’s emergency.
Speaking from her three-storey, £360,000 detached home near Wolverhampton, Karen Payne, said: ‘We are all worried sick about it but we just have to get on. It’s horrible – him being all the way over there.
‘He’s in Milan and it sounds like he’ll be there for a week. I feel helpless’

But just weeks later, Kate was spotted out and about on a shopping spree in London and revealed that her significant other was doing well.
Updating fans on the singer’s health, she said: ‘He’s feeling a lot better. He’s in good hands. He’s out of the hospital.’
And earlier this month, Liam looked well as he stepped out for the Frame dinner during Paris Fashion Week while Kate put on a busty display in a plunging black feather dress and long boots.
Beside her Liam looked a little downcast and dressed casually in a patterned red jacket and jeans.
