Jennifer Lopez flashes her flat tummy while furniture shopping for her new $60M love nest she will share with Ben Affleck… a day after her 54th birthday

Jennifer Lopez looked to be in great spirits on Tuesday, the day after her 54th birthday.

The Delola founder was flashing her small waistline in a zip-up crop sweatshirt as she added low-on-the-hips sweatpants with Gucci slippers.

The former Fly Girl also had her glam done nicely with slicked-back highlighted hair and gold-rimmed sunglasses.

The Mother actress was shopping for furniture in Los Angeles with two female pals.

In June the Bronx native and her husband of one year, Ben Affleck, snapped up a Beverly Hills mansion for $60million.

They have been remodeling the large property for a month and are in the design stages.

That is why Ms Jenny From The Block was looking at new furniture.

The items she was checking out were off-white and beige, and more beach casual than upper crusty 90210.

The star has been spotted many times on Melrose Avenue looking at furniture and even bath tubs.

Jenny’s look on Tuesday was very Los Angeles casual chic.

Her cropped sweat top had a high neck and was partially zipped up, but the item did not have enough fabric to cover her tummy.

The sweatpants were oversized with wide legs, and the hem fell to the ground. There were cargo pockets on the sides which are perfect to store cell phones.

At one point she pulled down her sweatpants a bit to give onlookers a peek at her toned midsection as her friends marched behind her.

And the Gucci slippers were chunky and fuzzy in a beige material with the GG logo in a chocolate brown.

Her hair looked freshly highlighted as it was nicely pulled back to show off her photogenic face.

The sunglasses had a dark tint and gold frames as she added large diamond stud earrings.

Her lady friends failed to smile. One was stylish in a white shirt, white shorts, black sandals and a Louis Vuitton purse as she added a black hat and aviator sunglasses.

Once inside the store, it was all business.

The I’m Real hitmaker kept her sunglasses on as she perused the shop.

The store was filled with goodies like a large cream colored ceramic vase, a plant, a wood statue, a rod iron table and a wood chair.

Jen and Ben found their dream home in June after nearly a year of searching.

The married couple paid $60.85 million in cash for the magnificent 46,000 square-foot mansion, according to TMZ.

The deal took just one week and the pair paid nearly $15 million under the $75 million asking price.

It first hit the market in 2018 for $135 million but that price was slashed nearly in half when it was re-listed this year.

The home — referred to as the ‘Wallingford estate’ — sits on a 5-acre promontory and boasts 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.

The listing reveals that it was ‘newly rebuilt and expanded’ and features a 12-car garage and parking for 80.

There is also a ‘one-of-a-kind’ indoor sports complex, a 5,000 square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker house and a two-bedroom guard house on the grounds.

With the indoor sports facility, Jennifer has a full gym at her disposal as well as courts for basketball, pickleball, and a boxing ring.

There is also a sports lounge and a bar.

TMZ reports that there is also a full hair and nail salon, a home theater, wine cellar, whiskey lounge, as well as sauna and massage rooms.

A zero edge pool is located behind the main house and overlooks the area.

There are two private, gated entrances to the property.

Brett Lawyer — who has worked with Katy Perry and Madonna —  represented the couple in the sale.

Meanwhile, the seller was represented by Ginger Glass of Compass.

Ben and Jennifer have dropped out of escrow on three properties in the past several months while at the height of their house hunt.

In March, the Hollywood A-listers changed their mind on a $64 million mansion in Pacific Palisades, as per TMZ.

It was unclear why they decided to drop out as they had seemed set on it in early March.
