The American television host and sportscaster Charissa Jean Thompson, who is associated with Fox Sports, has been the subject of a recent phone hacking incident. Thompson’s professional journey has seen her work with numerous networks, including GSN, the Big Ten Network, ESPN, and Versus. She joined Fox Sports in June 2013, leaving ESPN where she co-hosted SportsNation with Marcellus Wiley.

Approximately a year ago, Fox Sports reported that Thompson had fallen victim to a deliberate content leak from her iPhone, stemming from a hack. Private images and videos found their way online, but were soon taken down following the intervention of Thompson’s attorney. However, with the video now resurfacing on the internet, Thompson is taking legal action against the websites hosting it while an investigation is underway.
On a personal note, Thompson resides in Malibu, California. She was married to sports agent Kyle Thousand in December 2020, but they announced their divorce in April 2022. Thompson was previously married at the age of 25 and has also been linked romantically to ESPN analyst and former Chicago Bulls player, Jay Williams.
In 2019, Thompson clarified a misrepresentation on her Wikipedia entry, stating she was not a trapeze performer. Notably, this was not the first time Thompson’s privacy was breached. In January 2018, her private photos were shared online following a violation of her iCloud account. Thompson subsequently filed a lawsuit and expressed her outrage over the invasion of her privacy in an interview with The Athletic.
