Max Boyens criticized Rachel Leviss for ‘beating Scandoval into the ground’ during her last episode Rachel Goes Rogue podcast.

The former Vanderpump Rules star — who was fired from the reality show over past racist tweets — took to his Instagram Stories on Friday after Leviss, 29, brought up his name while talking about her affair with Tom Sandoval.

Notably, both Rachel and Tom were involved in a cheating scandal that came to light in March 2023, which promptly ended his nine-year relationship with Ariana Madix.

In the text added to a transcript of part of her podcast, Max typed: ‘This girl just can’t shut up and take responsibility. ARE THEY STILL TALKING ABOUT THIS???? What. The. F**k.”

He also added, “Really curious to see what her platform will be about once she gets this in the ground.” I am bored.’

In the transcript, Rachel had stated, “…You saw him on Tom Sandoval’s podcast. He knew it too.’

‘It’s just about the double standard: Tom was allowed to tell his best friends, but I wasn’t allowed to tell anyone. And when I did, he wasn’t happy with me. So just a reminder for everyone: that is not love.’

The TV personality then recalled how both she and Sandoval allegedly met Boyens during their affair, but Leviss explained that she didn’t know how much Max “knew.”

‘Okay, then Max Boyens (from season 8 VPR). I don’t know how much he knew about the affair, but Max Boyens was one of the people we met regularly at one of the dive bars near Tom Sandoval’s house.”

She added that Boyens “didn’t ask any questions, but we met often.”

“And it would be hard for me to think that he had no idea this was going on.”

Rachel then recalled a past incident where both she and Tom had been caught ‘cuddling’ by another friend, Logan Cochran.

However, he was fired from the series after previous racist tweets he posted resurfaced in January 2020.

Last year in August, during an interview on the Up And Adam! podcast that he had actually filmed a few scenes for the recent spin-off series The Valley, which also stars Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright and Kristen Doute.

“Jax asked me to be on the show and film with him. But the last place I went (where there were cameras), I didn’t identify with it, it wasn’t for me,” he said, per We weekly.

“I went to a boys’ night and they’re older, they’re all married and have kids. I actually turned off my mic and left.”

Earlier this month, Rachel opened up further about her past relationship with Sandoval, accusing him of “grooming” her. She also brought up La La Kent’s comment saying the VPR star was a groomer.

‘I don’t want to label Tom with anything either. I know I’ve called him a narcissist in the past and maybe I shouldn’t have. But you start to see these patterns and these types of behaviors.”

‘There are terms that psychologists use to explain this behavior, because once you can notice it, it becomes predictable. The terminology is used as a tool and not as an insult to anyone.’

Rachel also opened up about her decision not to return to the Bravo series following the scandal and her time in a mental health facility for 90 days.

‘If I have to be completely honest, I feel like I was groomed because I was in a very vulnerable state of mind. I just got out of a relationship that I think is very destructive to my well-being.”

‘He witnessed that whole thing. Things started to change when we went to Coachella and he really went out of his way to accommodate me.”

It comes after Leviss is now suing both Sandoval and his ex, Ariana Madix, for ‘revenge porn, wiretapping and invasion of privacy’ following the Scandoval drama.

“Scandoval captured the public’s attention on a massive scale, went completely viral, and revived Vanderpump Rules,” reads the complaint, obtained by DailyMail.com.

“It also caused chaos in Leviss’ life, culminating in months of inpatient treatment at a mental health facility and her departure from the show.”

“Spurred on by Bravo and Evolution in collaboration with the cast, Leviss was subjected to an unprecedented public debate and became, without exaggeration, one of the most hated women in America.”

Last year, it was revealed that Leviss had an intimate FaceTime conversation with Sandoval that was recorded without her knowledge.

During an interview with Bethenny Frankel last August, Leviss accused Sandoval of recording the video chat.

Bravo, NBCUniversal, Andy Cohen and producers who work on Vanderpump Rules are not named in the lawsuit, but are often mentioned.

The 19-page lawsuit was filed by Leviss in Los Angeles Superior Court late last month.
