Tanzanian musician Harmonize has encouraged his female fans to embrace cosmetic surgery if it makes them feel better about themselves.
In a video shared on his Instagram stories on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, the Nitaubeba hitmaker urged women to take charge of their appearance without fear of judgment.
“Ladies, I wanna tell you this, Daddy says this. If your tummy makes you uncomfortable, go get that lipo, what are you waiting for? If you want nyash, go get it done. Spice it up, ongeza tu kidogo. Cosmetic surgery is the new wave, let no one tell you anything,” Harmonize encouraged.
Harmonize shared that he once fully supported an ex-partner who wanted to undergo surgery. He said he paid for the procedure and camped out at the hospital for two weeks, ensuring she was well taken care of.
“There’s an ex of mine. She was so uncomfortable, and she said she wanted to do surgery. I told her, ‘Let me take you.’ I told her I would pay for everything,” the ‘Single Again’ hitmaker noted.
Harmonize expressed his dislike for the stigma surrounding cosmetic procedures.
“I don’t like the way people make fun of people who go for surgery,” he said.
Harmonize admires Vera Sidika
In another video, Harmonize shared a clip of Kenyan socialite Vera Sidika carrying her child on her back. In the video, the child appeared to be balancing on her famously large butt.
“Mtoto kama huyu anakosea aje kuwa genius like Kondeboy,” Harmonize said admiring the socialite who has in the past undergone multiple cosmetic surgeries in pursuit of a perfect body.
Vera Sidika has long been known for her journey with cosmetic enhancements, frequently undergoing procedures to refine her appearance. Most recently, she underwent a facelift in Manchester, UK, a procedure she described as a complete success, giving her a perfect jawline.
Through her Instagram stories shared on October 29, 2024, Vera allowed her followers to witness her beauty transformation in real time.
“So you guys keep asking kwani Vera ako na sura ngapi. Every day a different face. Guess what? I’m here for a new face. Niko na sura 35,” she said.
Just two hours later, Vera proudly revealed her freshly sculpted face without makeup, a look straight from the clinic.
“2 hours later snatched for the gods. I look amazing,” she added.
This is one of many Vera has undergone in her quest for an ideal appearance. Her past enhancements include a Ksh15 million skin bleaching treatment, a Ksh2 million breast augmentation, and veneers, all contributing to her signature look.
