Legendary actor and director Clint Eastwood shows he won’t let age slow him down after a rare public appearance in California just before his 94th birthday.

The filmmaker was spotted late last month at a lecture event organized by renowned conservationist Dr. Jane Goodall in his adopted hometown of Carmel-by-the-Sea.

The $95 event, “Reasons for Hope,” was held at the local Sunset Cultural Center, where the elderly Eastwood sat front row and center.

He also joined the famous primatologist backstage at the reception open to VIP guests.

At 93, the movie icon – dressed in a blue checked flannel shirt, gray trousers and sneakers – appeared elderly but still in good spirits, according to images obtained by DailyMail.com shows.

Eastwood, whose bushy white beard and hair were on full display, was accompanied by an assistant but was cheerful enough to take the stage alone.

The March 24 event, presented by the Wildlife Conservation Network, was billed as a stop on fellow nonagenarian Jane Goodall’s “90th Birthday Tour,” according to the venue’s website.

Goodall celebrated the milestone days later on April 3.

Like the primatologist, the Hollywood legend is no stranger to primates, having starred alongside his orangutan sidekick Clyde in the 1978 film ‘Every Which Way but Loose’.

Eastwood, who turns 94 next month, has had a successful film career — and even a two-year stint as mayor of Carmel-by-the-Sea — over a span of seven decades.

Despite his advanced age, Eastwood remains active on set and is currently directing and producing the upcoming film Juror No. 2, starring Nicholas Hoult and Toni Collette.

Filming on the thriller began in June 2023 and is expected to be Eastwood’s last.

And while the critically acclaimed star is best known for his award-winning films and spaghetti westerns, his colorful love life has often overshadowed his impressive progress in the film industry.

The Hollywood legend has endured multiple failed marriages, faced numerous accusations of infidelity and fathered eight children with six different women over the years.

But despite being embroiled in scandal after scandal and developing a fierce reputation as a womanizer, it is said that Clint was an extremely devoted father who worked tirelessly to protect all his children and give them as normal a childhood as possible.

He raised his children on a ranch in Carmel, California, far from the glare and glare of Hollywood, where they were surrounded by nature and animals.

One of his sons, Scott, once reflected on his upbringing: “There were no handouts. It wasn’t like that.

While Clint did his best to shield his children from the public eye when they were little, he did the exact opposite as they got older.

In fact, he gave almost all of his children — except his eldest daughter, Laurie Murray, who was put up for adoption and only discovered decades later that the star was her father — roles in his films when it came time for them to start their careers .
