Ariana Madix and her ex Tom Sandoval were both spotted leaving their shared home in Los Angeles at separate times on Monday.
The Vanderpump Rules beauty, 38, opted for a business chic look, donning a black blazer with black leggings and matching boots.
The reality star wore her blonde tresses slicked back in a high ponytail and carried an iced beverage in her hand.
Ariana accessorized with a chunky silver necklace and sported delicate makeup as she made her way to her car.
Meanwhile Sandoval, 40, showed off his biceps in a striped tank top and wore acid denim shorts for his outing.

During a recent interview with TMZ, Sandoval confirmed that both he and Ariana currently still reside in the same home but admitted that they both, ‘don’t really look at each other.’
Ariana notably ended their nine-year relationship after discovering Tom’s months-long affair with co-star Raquel Leviss in March.
The drama of the cheating scandal – which has been dubbed as Scandoval – notably played out in the tenth season as well as the heated reunion.
Ariana also took to Instagram on Monday to share a loved-up snap with her new beau, Daniel Wai.
The pair were pictured in Chicago, Illinois, both rocking sporty attire, with Daniel’s arm embracing Ariana as they posed in front of the famous Cloud Gate sculpture at Millennium Park.
‘Beans beans the musical fruit,’ she captioned the cute snap.

The outing comes after Madix revealed she will have her say in a new book headed for publication just in time for Christmas.
The star announced her latest project in a lengthy post earlier this month.
‘These last few months have been a whirlwind and though I’m in a better place now, having my personal devastation unfold so publicly was painful,’ she began.
Ariana said she would ‘forever be grateful’ to her fans and friends for continuing to support her through much talked about ordeal dubbed the ‘Scandoval’.
‘But now is the time that I’m fully telling my side of the story,’ she revealed, and it will unfold in ‘my new book, SINGLE AF COCKTAILS.’
The drink master described the tome as ‘my breakup album.’
Ariana’s announcement got lots of support from her pals.
Her beau Daniel wrote of the book’s cover, ‘If this is what it looks like when you throw a drink, throw them all on me!!!!’

Not returning: Rachel Leviss, 28, who has been mostly out of sight since the infamous affair with Sandoval, revealed she will not be returning to Vanderpump Rules for season 11

The book will find its way to store shelves December 5.
Meanwhile Rachel Leviss, 28, who has been mostly out of sight since the infamous affair with Sandoval, has said she will not be returning to VRP for season 11.
In an interview with former reality star Bethenny Frankel on her Just B with Bethenny Frankel podcast, the former beauty queen said ‘the concept of me being the ultimate reality-TV villain just blows my mind.’
It appears Rachel will soon explore other ways to tell her side of the story, revealing in the same interview she is ‘taking the steps to start’ her own podcast.
