Njoro one of the pioneer actors in Papa Shirandula’s show looked a dejected man next to Papa’s graveyard a sign that he has been mourning for a while now. Njoro has been Papa’s best friend since the show started sometime back.

As soon as the photos surfaced, fans from all over Kenya showed pity on him and felt equally heartbroken by the photos.

“Bado ninalia my big brother. Continue resting in peace,” Njoro wrote.

The late Papa Shirandula was buried on a day like today three years ago.

Njoro was Papa’s best friend in the show and together they formed a good chemistry that was full of humor. They kept Kenyans glued on their television sets.

Njoro mentioned that whenever he bought land they would always be together even when the construction works begun, he’d be with them.

He was definitely more of a brother. Their relationship as best friends was not only on screen but even stronger in real life.

Daisy Netia who used to play Papa Shirandula’s daughter Naliaka celebrate the veteran actor in a special message on Instagram.

“You don’t know pain until you crave a conversation with someone who is no longer alive. Paps sometimes I just still can’t believe you’re gone. I miss you so much. Anybody here grieving the loss of father, may God continually shower you with His love. Hugs,” she said.

However, Wilbroda, who played as Shirandula’s wife in the popular TV comedy show Papa Shirandula, said she had grown closer to Bukeko and worked on many projects with him.

Nyaminde eulogised Bukeko as a father, mentor and friend who promoted talents and revealed she was still in shock and yet to come to terms with Papa Shirandula’s death.
