Role Purpose

Main Responsibilities

  1. Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and team members.
  2. Support the analysis of current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Work alongside cross-functional teams to understand IT solutions that meet basic business needs.
  4. Participate in feasibility studies and basic cost-benefit analyses for small-scale IT initiatives.
  5. Help create and maintain basic documentation, such as process flows and user guides.
  6. Assist in the testing and quality assurance of IT systems to ensure they meet user requirements.
  7. Provide user support under supervision for new IT applications and processes.
