Zac Efron partied in Mykonos, Greece, days before he was hospitalized in Ibiza last weekend after taking a deep dive in a villa pool on Saturday morning.
The 36-year-old actor was spotted enjoying his party on the beautiful South Aegean island on Thursday, August 1, and even kissed his handsome boyfriend Panos Spentzos.
Just a few days ago, the reason for his hospitalization was revealed, but the High School Musical actor had no idea of the medical emergency that awaited him when he arrived at Lio’s restaurant while on vacation.
Zac sweetly grabbed the torso of his boyfriend Panos – who stars in the MTV reality series Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club – and gave him a sweet kiss on the cheek.

He kept his outfit simple: a light blue short-sleeved shirt, blue jeans and a white cap on backwards.
The actor certainly seemed like a social animal, as he happily posed for a group photo with several attendees, including a group of dancers.
Although Zac appears to be enjoying a festive holiday in Europe, it wasn’t entirely without its setbacks.
It was recently revealed that he mysteriously ended up in hospital after hitting his chest on the bottom of a pool, causing water to enter his lungs.
Insiders told TMZ Monday that the actor took a dip in the pool during an outing with friends on the Spanish island.
The San Luis Obispo, California-born entertainer suffered “a large amount of water in his lungs” after hitting the bottom of the pool.
According to sources, the Iron Claw star showed “signs of stress” after the incident, prompting security officials to rush to his aid.
The High School Musical alumnus was “temporarily sedated” and then taken to a medical facility “as a precaution,” sources told the newspaper.

Efron appeared to be on the mend after the incident, as he was photographed on social media exercising following the terrifying incident.
Medical officials examined Efron with chest X-rays in an attempt to determine that there was no water left in his lungs, sources told the newspaper.
Efron was medically cleared by doctors, but it took some time for him to leave the medical facility after a group of photographers nearby learned of his presence and gathered outside.
Efron took to Instagram Stories on Sunday with a photo of himself working out at a resort, lifting barbells while balancing on an exercise ball. The actor gave fans an update on his condition following his hospital visit, saying, “Happy and healthy — thanks for the well wishes.”
Efron was spotted having dinner in Ibiza on Sunday night and was back in the US on Monday, the outlet reported.

Efron’s rep confirmed to the newspaper that the actor was hospitalized “as a precaution” after the “minor” incident and is “recovering well.” He was released from the hospital Saturday morning.

Efron’s representative was asked why he had to be hospitalized if the problem was only mild. The representative again replied that the hospital visit was only a precaution.

The former Disney Channel presenter has been spending time in Ibiza and Europe in recent weeks: two weeks ago he spent an afternoon on a yacht with friends in Ibiza, following a recent holiday in St. Tropez earlier this month.
The actor has shared his experiences in the past participating in extreme sports, including diving, through his social media accounts.
The incident came more than a decade after he “shattered” his jaw in 2013 after slipping and hitting his chin on a granite fountain while jogging in his home.
In 2022 he said Men’s Health Magazine that he lost consciousness and woke up with ‘his chin bone hanging out of his face.’
Efron said that when he was injured, the chewing muscles on the inside of his face and jaw “compensated” for the injury, causing them to grow in size. This was the reason for his remarkable transformation.
He says that explains why he looked so different back then. ‘The chewing muscles just grew. They just got really, really big.’
Following the accident, Efron has been the subject of plastic surgery rumors, but the handsome actor and star has maintained that the changes were only the result of shattering his jaw.

In April 2021, Efron began trending on Twitter after appearing in a video for Earth Day! The Musical sporting a more prominent square chin and heavier jawline. In the clip, Efron enthusiastically called Bill Nye a “genius” after hearing that he and Justin Bieber were working on a fictional Earth Day musical.
Fans started speculating that the beautiful star wanted to undergo plastic surgery.
Efron’s pal Kyle Sandilands also spoke on his behalf – saying the Baywatch star would never do such a thing, and comparing him to an oil painting by one of the old masters. The Australian radio host, who has known Zac for years, put an end to the speculation on The Kyle and Jackie O Show at the time.
“I would know if he had plastic surgery,” Kyle declared, before telling co-host Jackie “O” Henderson that Zac “of course” hadn’t had plastic surgery.
He then said that it would be pointless for the High School Musical heartthrob to undergo surgery since he’s already so good-looking: “It’s like buying a Picasso and having a kid paint all over it with their finger. Why bother?”
