A woman had a breakdown during a flight, during which she bit a piece of cloth from a stewardess’ shirt, triggered by a minor altercation in the toilet.

The woman was aboard United Airlines Flight 762 from Miami to Newark but barely managed to get off the runway Tuesday evening before going berserk.

It took three flight attendants and a few burly passengers to drag her into the zip ties until the plane could be diverted to Orlando.

The staff did everything they could to stop the woman’s tantrum, putting “the biggest bodies” next to her on the plane until police could remove her.

A man who said he was also a passenger on the plane claimed the tantrum simply started because the woman couldn’t use the toilet on the plane.

“Apparently she verbally and then physically assaulted a family at the back of the plane because at one point she couldn’t go to the toilet,” he told DailyMail.com.

‘The children screamed – but not as loud as they did… I remember behaving the same way when I was two or three and didn’t get any ice cream.’

The passenger said staff escorted her to another seat in the middle of the plane, while she shouted and cursed at everyone on board.

But separating her from her family did not stop the shameful event, as she also threw punches and spat at the staff and other passengers who tried to help her.

“She eventually became physically violent towards a flight attendant and began to attack him. The flight attendant in white then grabbed her and tried to restrain her,” the man said.

‘When things got out of hand, it was decided to handcuff her after she threatened the plane, because all flight attendants on board had to be involved.

‘She resists the handcuffs while biting, spitting and kicking the man, forcing others and even passengers to step in to help.

‘A passenger who stood up to help was spat in the face several times by this woman while she was threatened.’

The fellow passenger said staff found “the largest bodies on the plane” and placed them next to the woman so she would remain in her seat until the plane landed.

Another passenger captured video footage showing the crew tying her wrists with cable ties and her struggling with three of them.

Suddenly she bit one of their shoulders, tearing off a piece of cloth and dropping it on the floor, in front of the shocked passengers.

“Don’t touch me anymore… let go of me, I’m a f**king girl, are you trying to kill me?” she screamed afterwards.

The video cuts to the woman, now standing in the aisle with her hands tied behind her back, yelling at everyone not to fly United.

“These people have an attitude problem and they’re not f**king doing their job. They give me the cuffs. Why do you give me the cuffs?” she screamed.

‘Why b***h? Why the f**k do you care? Why, why, why?’

A passenger told her to stop screaming and she said, “Go back to Russia, old lady.” He then let loose a torrent of curses and said, “I’ll fucking kill you, bitch.”

On the audio recording from the plane, the woman can be heard screaming: “You’re a disgrace, you piece of shit, I wish I could spit on you right now.”

“Don’t do that, don’t do that,” a male flight attendant warned her. “You’re insulting everyone on this plane.”

Everyone applauded when she was finally removed from the plane after it landed in Orlando, where it was delayed for three and a half hours.

More videos from Orlando showed the woman being led out of the airport by police.

United said the passenger became “aggressive and disruptive,” causing the plane to be diverted to Orlando and a lengthy delay.

“Our flight attendants did their best to de-escalate the situation and protect other passengers. After landing in Orlando, the aircraft was stopped by police and the passenger was removed,” the report said.
