Donald Trump stood up to the media for once after Joe Biden’s campaign claimed multiple videos of the president’s freeze were “deceptively edited.”
The former president blasted the 81-year-old Biden for “humiliating” the US on the world stage after a series of awkward interactions and freezes during international travel and domestic events.
Despite spending much of his remarks railing against Biden’s flubs, Trump made his own fumble when he used the term “clean fakes” instead of “deep fakes.”
At a rally in Racine, Wisconsin on Tuesday, Trump, 78, said former President Barack Obama should lead Biden “off stage like he was a child” during a recent fundraiser.
Trump also defended himself last week against reports that he called Milwaukee a “terrible city” during a closed-door meeting with Republican lawmakers.

“You know I love Milwaukee,” Trump said at the top of his remarks to a crowd just 30 miles south of the Wisconsin city, and regarding the host city of the 2024 Convention, he said, “I’m the one who picked Milwaukee . , you know.’
Most of his comments focused on railing against Biden’s fitness for office — despite the two being only 3.5 years old.
Biden’s team claims that the many embarrassing videos that have emerged of the president in recent weeks are merely “deep fakes” or edited to make him look bad.
Referring to the freezes, Trump said: “Joe Biden is humiliating our country on the world stage. He’s actually humiliating us – did you see what happened this weekend?! It makes the United States a total joke around the world.”
Biden froze both at an event commemorating D-Day in France earlier this month and then in Italy while attending the G-7 summit. Another freezing incident occurred at a campaign event when former President Barack Obama was forced to escort the current president off stage.
“Crooked Joe and his handlers claim he’s sharper than ever and they say the videos of Crooked Joe goofing around are fake. Do you know what a clean fake is? They have been deceptively edited,” Trump said, using the wrong term for “deep fake.”

“They say they were fraudulently edited,” he continued. “All the mistakes he makes every day. He can’t go anywhere without making a mistake.’
The recent incidents have raised even more questions about Biden and his age and fitness for office.
‘He looked like he didn’t know where he was, but he didn’t know where he was. He now blames AI. He says it’s AI. He doesn’t know what AI is, but that’s OK,” Trump said.
“They say the media is manipulating – oh, he’s saying the media is manipulating now? In that regard, I have to stand up for the media,” the former president chuckled.
“He said the media is constantly manipulating photos of him without knowing where he is. They do the exact opposite, which makes them look better.”
Wisconsin is a key battleground in 2024 and is one of the few states that will determine the winner in November.
“Remember, we win Wisconsin and we win the whole thing,” Trump said.
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said at a news conference when asked about the recent increase in Biden’s freezes, “It tells you everything we need to know about how desperate the Republicans are here.”
“And instead of talking about the president’s accomplishments in office, and what I mean by that is his legislative victories, what he’s been able to do for the American people across the country, we see these deep falsifications, these doctored videos,” she said.
“And once again it was done in bad faith.”
Trump listed the incidents of Biden’s freezing that have received a lot of attention lately.

‘First he strayed from the G7 in Europe, the stage. He looked like he didn’t know where he was, but he didn’t know where he was,” Trump said.
‘He had to be rescued by other world leaders and they had to pull him back, after which he bizarrely placed his face on the Pope’s forehead. What was that all about?’ the former president asked. ‘That was strange… Have you seen the Pope? The Pope was like, what’s happening? The Pope didn’t really know what was happening. He said this is strange.”
“Then he froze during the celebration on the White House lawn,” he said. “Then Barack Hussein had to take Obama’s hand and lead him off the stage as if he were a child. I have to tell you that Obama could have handled that differently. He could have done it a little softer… He shouldn’t have grabbed him and pulled him off the stage.”
