A stunning Melbourne executive apartment owned by The Block’s Shaynna Blaze has hit the rental market.
The 61-year-old is asking a staggering $2,500 a week for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home in posh Hawthorn East, 11 kilometres from the CBD.
The real estate guru has redesigned the stunning investment property himself.
Shaynna rents the home fully furnished and has included a bi-weekly cleaning as part of the rental fee, she reported The Daily TelegraphH.
Amenities include a stunning first floor entertainment deck with breathtaking views of the Melbourne skyline, a pergola and a charcoal BBQ.
On the second floor, next to the master bedroom, there is another terrace. Here you will also find a dressing room and a beautiful bathroom, decorated in homage to the Palace of Versailles.
The luxurious resort amenities include underfloor heating, handrails and a steam and double shower.
Highlights include the extra-large luxury kitchen with two ovens and LED display cabinets.

This comes after Block’s judge recently revealed the surprising reason why she started her music career now.
The famed interior designer explained in an Instagram video that she doesn’t see music as a reinvention, but as a long-awaited comeback after her music career was put on hold when she became a mother.

“There are many reasons why music was put on the back burner for me. Initially it was my family. I just wasn’t making enough money to support them,” she said in the post, which was posted in May.
“It was about finding other sources of income… you just don’t make a lot of money doing it.”
‘Plus, my kids were getting older, and I was singing when they were young. I’d put them to bed, go sing, and come back, and my parents would watch them. But it got to the point where my daughter was 14 or 15, and she was going to parties. And I thought, “I guess I should be there.”‘
The judge in Block said that it ‘hurt’ her that she did not perform, and that as a result she was unable to listen to music for a long time.
“I missed it. There was something that really hurt about listening to music, so I stopped listening to music for a while. I stopped playing the songs that I liked. I just suppressed it because I missed it so much,” she confessed.

Shaynna shocked fans in April when she revealed she would be releasing her ‘first ever’ music single, called Warrior.
In an Instagram post, she posed in what looked like a music venue and told her fans, “Keep an eye on this place.”
“Oh, the places you go… with music,” she wrote in the caption of a video of herself wearing a cowboy hat and strutting around the location.
Shaynna first showed off her secret singing talent in December last year, when she sang I’ll Be Home for Christmas.
She is currently starring in the 20th anniversary edition of The Block, alongside judges Darren Palmer and Marty Fox.
