The heartwarming gallery shows Matt playing a game with Tammy’s two-year-old daughter Posy.
“Someone said on my last vlog, ‘The more you celebrate and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate.’ And I couldn’t agree more,” Tammy wrote enthusiastically in the caption.
In the Instagram post, the popular social media personality also posed with her youngest son and Matt during a sporting event.
Earlier this week, the couple in love shared a very loving video with their followers.
The lovebirds couldn’t keep their hands off each other as they cuddled and danced in the video posted to Instagram.

Matt, 28, commented beneath the romantic clip in a letter to his wife-to-be: “I love you, and I love how you make me feel, sweetheart.”
Tammy and the former Love Island star got engaged in December last year after just three months of dating, with their wedding scheduled for November this year.
The fitness influencer was engaged before; the first time to influencer Reece Hawkins, with whom she has a son Wolf, nine, and a daughter Saskia, seven.

Tammy and the former Love Island star got engaged in December last year after just three months of dating, and their wedding is scheduled for November this year.
The second time it went to restaurateur and former Ironman Matt Poole. In December 2022, the two split.
They have a daughter Posy, who turned two in June.
Tammy’s loving post to Matt comes after she underwent surgery while in hospital for an undisclosed condition.
She recently posted a disturbing photo on Instagram of herself lying in a hospital bed, but did not specify the reason for the surgery.
“I just had surgery. I will post a YouTube video about it when I’m a bit more recovered,” she wrote in the caption.
A short time later, Tammy shared another photo showing a bouquet of red roses, Haribo Tangfasties lollipops, Oreos and water, along with a handwritten note.
The note, written by Tammy’s fiancé Matt, read: “I love you always and forever xox. Matthew.”
Above the image, Tammy wrote, “Coming home to this post-op moment. I love this man,” followed by a happy crying emoji.
