An iconic Cape Cod mansion adjacent to the famed Kennedy complex has hit the red-hot housing market for a whopping $20 million.

Equipped with breathtaking water views, the expansive eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate overlooks the six-acre Kennedy estate where John F. Kennedy and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis once played football and sailed on the Nantucket Sound.

The estate is located just meters away from the American National Monument 155 Irving Avenue, the Kennedy Complex.

In 2012, the compound’s Big House was donated to the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate.

John F. Kennedy purchased one of the famed complex’s many properties in 1965 with the intention of expanding the existing family estate. The property at 155 Irving Avenue later became known as the “President’s House” and the “Summer White House” during his presidency.
