Meredith Marks has undergone a third breast reduction due to a “strange issue” that is preventing her breasts from stopping growing.
The 52-year-old Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, who will appear in the upcoming fifth season of the Bravo series, opened up about her medical condition in an episode of Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea Podcast on friday.
“My breast tissue just keeps growing,” the TV personality explained, adding, “It’s crazy.”
‘Seriously, I have this weird problem and I hope this… [my final breast reduction]. I never wanted to be that big.’
Marks went on to explain that doctors have not yet officially diagnosed the condition, but the star indicated that she believes it is “hormonal and genetic” related.

Meredith said her mother dealt with a similar situation. “I mean, my mom started growing up when she was 40 and the same kind of stuff. I was just too big to start.”
The star said she “should always have been a small C,” but her cup size only kept growing.
“That’s a big deal. If you have to go up two sizes to accommodate your chest, nothing fits. It’s just not right… It’s weird.”
Marks indicated during the podcast episode that she hopes the third breast reduction will also be her last.
But if the growth continues, she will undergo additional surgery. ‘If I have to, I will. Unless I want to look motherly.’
Meredith also recalled her good friend and RHOSLC co-star Heather Gay’s humorous response to her “weird problem.”
She revealed that Heather was jealous of her cleavage, saying: “Her reaction was so funny. I laughed so hard.”
The media personality also revealed that fans will be able to follow the conversation during the fifth season of RHOSLC, which airs later this month on September 18.

The latest podcast episode drops shortly before the season 5 premiere of The Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City on September 18.
Last August, a trailer was released showing Marks embroiled in drama with co-star Mary Cosby.
The teaser showed Cosby having a heated argument with Meredith at a party, after which he threw her out of her house.
And earlier this week during a performance at Jeff Lewis liveAndy Cohen gave a sneak peek at what viewers can expect during the first episode of season five.

Marks also appeared at the Alice + Olivia Spring 2025 Presentation, looking striking in a pair of shiny gold-and-black trousers and a black top.
The reality star teamed the ensemble with a black jacket and carried a gold bag in her right hand as a finishing touch.
