Fox News host Sean Duffy drew criticism from some liberals after telling his wife Rachel Campos-Duffy that she “looked better” when she did Jillian Michaels’ workout routine on Fox News.

Duffy, a former star of MTV’s The Real World and once a congressman representing Wisconsin, appeared with his wife and the mother of his nine children in a pop culture segment.

They were discussing workout guru Michaels’ appearance on Sage Steele’s podcast when Duffy left.

“By the way, you never look better during Jillian Michaels [workout]Duffy joked.

Campos-Duffy, who gave birth to the couple’s ninth child in 2019, pointed to their friendship with Michaels.

‘I had to do some training, and I did [Michaels]and we had her on,” Campos-Duffy said.

‘She says: you have to get back to it, Rachel, and so do I. I do. I have to do it,” she added.

Some saw the segment as Duffy being disrespectful to his wife and tried to boil it down to politics.

“Sean Duffy told his wife on air that she looked better when she worked out and that they’re not Republicans who are nice to their wives,” one user wrote on X.

Duffy, 52, was the GOP representative for Wisconsin’s 7th District from 2011 to 2019 before joining Fox News.

“Misogyny is normalized on FOX,” wrote another.

‘I told him he looked better before he opened his mouth! Just zip it dude,” another user added.
