The 57-year-old A-list star appears to be deteriorating with age, with many fans on social media speculating that it was due to the “face changes” she may have undergone ahead of the premiere of the divisive Netflix series.

‘Nicole looks stunning and is absolutely at the height of her beauty,’ says Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar told DailyMail.com.
“While it’s impossible to know what she did or didn’t have done, I can say that patients who want this type of classic, ageless aging can do a few things to help,” Dr. Dugar revealed.

“A good Dysport regimen for the neck region is especially helpful in keeping the platysmal ligament in check as we age,” Dr. Dugar said, referring to the injectable treatment that treats wrinkles, much like Botox. Although Botox is the brand name, the neurotoxin is injected to relax muscles and reduce wrinkles and fine lines.
Dr. Dugar also said that a good morning and evening skin care routine is incredibly important, especially “with salicylic acid, ceramides, cholesterol, retinol and fatty acids.”
“Skin tightening lasers are magical and can be thought of as a kind of abdominal exercise: the more you do it, the tighter you get,” Dr. Dugar continues.
“A healthy, clean diet and avoiding rapid weight gain or loss” is another way the Moulin Rouge actress ensures she looks radiant.
Dr. Dugan also explained that maintaining the same weight also helps keep the skin tight in the long run.
Facial Plastic Surgeon in New York City Doctor Sam Rizk told DailyMail.com that the Big Little Lies star’s “youthful appearance is likely the result of a combination of skin lifting treatments using ultrasound technology, such as Sofwave, and surgical procedures such as a vertical deep plane facelift with hidden incisions, as well as upper and lower eyelid surgery,” a procedure that improves the appearance of the eyelids.
Dr. Rizk explains that many patients age 40 and older seek similar treatments for a tighter jawline.
“To look less worn out, they often focus on eye rejuvenation,” Dr. Rizk added. The procedures appear to be working, as Dr. Rizk said many patients come in and bring reference photos of Australian actresses.

Beverly Hills-based facial plastic surgeon Dr. Patrick Davis of Davis Facial Treatments praised Nicole’s performance at the premiere, saying, “Her cheekbones are raised and her neck is quite impressive for her age.’
“She does not appear to have had an ‘excessive’ amount of injections, which often leads to an enlarged or puffy face, also known as a ‘filler face,’” Dr. Davis continued.
‘This often happens because more and more layers of hyaluronic acid fillers are applied to the face. This attracts more water, which leads to swelling in the cheeks and nasolabial folds.’
“I suspect that she has had some good facial surgery done in the last five years to correct her neck ligaments, lift her cheeks and lift her cheeks, because she looks quite youthful for her age,” Dr. Davis said.

Cosmetic dermatologist Doctor Mariano Bussobased in Beverly Hills, California and Miami, Florida, praised Nicole because, despite her fair complexion, she hardly suffers from sun-induced skin aging, making sun damage ‘normal and almost expected.’
Dr. Busso also said, “Although there are no visible signs of facial surgery, such as scarring or ear deformity, there is a good chance she has had a facelift.
“Her tight jawline without jowls and the absence of sagging skin on her neck are clear signs of this treatment.”
Dr. Busso believes her youthful complexion is due to fillers, as her face appears somewhat rounder, which is a sign.
