Promotions for Zoe Kravitz’s directorial debut Blink Twice are ramping up in preparation for its August 23 theatrical release.
And the stars were in attendance at the film’s Los Angeles premiere on Thursday night, including actress/director Olivia Wilde.
The 40-year-old former House singer hit the red carpet in a bold, chic look to support her good friend Kravitz.
Wilde wore a black maxi dress with a scoop neck and spaghetti straps, which showed off her gym-toned body.
She paired her long dress with a long necklace featuring a beautiful stone pendant and a gold bracelet.

Wilde walked around the premiere venue in a pair of black platform heels.
Her light brown locks were styled straight with a center parting.
As for makeup, the natural beauty opted for a smudged black eyeliner and a light nude shade of lipstick.
During her red carpet performance, Wilde was introduced to singer-songwriter Santigold, whose self-titled debut album received critical acclaim for its genre-bending combination of dub, new wave and hip-hop.
After her triumphant debut as a musician in 2008, the 47-year-old singer released three more LPs, all of which were huge successes, both critically and commercially.
At the big premiere on Thursday, Santigold (born Santi White) looked effortlessly cool in a baggy top and velvet pants with red accents.
To complete her look, she wore a camouflage baseball cap over a long black headdress with silver sequins.
In Blink Twice, Kravitz’s fiancé Channing Tatum plays billionaire tech mogul Slater King, who charms cocktail waitress Frida (Naomi Ackie).
After the two flee to the private island with the tycoon’s friends, Frida’s friend disappears and she must investigate the mystery behind her disappearance.

In addition to Ackie and Tatum, the cast also includes Christian Slater, Simon Rex, Adria Arjona, Kyle MacLachlan, Haley Joel Osment, Geena Davis, Simon Rex and Alia Shawkat, many of whom were in attendance at the promotional event.
Both director Zoe and Channing attended Thursday’s premiere in LA.
The lovebirds started dating in August 2021, after Kravtiz’s divorce from ex Karl Glusman was final.
Alicia Keys, Nicole Dean, Laura Dern, Reese Witherspoon, Deacon Reese Phillippe, Ricky Ullman, Reid Carolin, Stacy Perskie, Alejandro Reza, Twin Shadow, Daniel Moon, Liz Caribel, Peter Kiernan, Trew Mullen and Tiffany Persons were also in attendance at the premiere.
Kravitz not only directed the first feature film of her career, she also co-wrote the screenplay with ET Feigenbaum. Her buddy Wide has followed a similar path in recent years.
Wilde had a successful career as an actress since 2004, with a number of critically acclaimed roles, before eventually moving behind the camera to direct herself.
Her first foray into film was with the short film Free Hugs (2011), but she then made her feature film directorial debut with Booksmart (2019), a coming-of-age comedy starring Kaitlyn Dever and Beanie Feldstein as two high school seniors who decide to finally break the rules and party on their last day of school.

The cast also included Jessica Williams, Lisa Kudrow, Will Forte and Jason Sudeikis, Wilde’s ex-partner and father of her two children.
Booksmart received critical acclaim and grossed $25 million worldwide against a budget of $6 million.
Wilde has since directed another short film, Wake Up (2020), and directed and starred in her second feature film, Don’t Worry Darling (2022), starring a cast including Florence Pugh, Harry Styles, Gemma Chan, KiKi Layne, Nick Kroll and Chris Pine.
With a budget of $20-35 million and a packed press conference, the psychological thriller, written by Katie Silberman, ultimately grossed $87.6 million at the box office.
Blink Twice will be released in the United States on August 23 by Amazon MGM Studios.
