This week, Mrs Hinch took to her Instagram stories to tell her 4.8 million followers about her struggle to cope with the ‘rollercoaster of grief’ following the death of her father.
As she spoke into the camera, she tried to keep her emotions in check, describing how her loss felt like an “out-of-body experience” while thanking her fans and husband for their support.

This week, Mrs Hinch took to her Instagram stories to tell her 4.8 million followers about her struggle to cope with the ‘rollercoaster of grief’ following the death of her father.
In May, the cleaning lady announced that her father Alan had died suddenly in his sleep on April 25, a month after being admitted to hospital with breathing problems.
She said, “Hi everybody, how are you all doing? How are you all doing? I think this is the first time I feel well enough to just come here and chat.
“I think anyone who has followed me for a while or knows me and my family knows that I am very blessed to have been able to spend most of my days with my dad.
“And yeah, I think anyone who has lost a parent knows exactly what’s happening right now.”
Trying to hold back her tears, she continued: ‘I thought I had been through a lot in the past, but this is a whole new world.
“But I’m doing exactly what my father would expect of me: staying strong, carrying on, taking care of my mother, the house, and the boys.”
With a breaking voice, Mrs Hinch thanked her husband Jamie for his continued support during what was a very difficult time for her.
She said: ‘Jamie is an absolute… he’s held my whole life together for the last few months, so thank you Jamie.
‘When you’ve had something like that, it’s a bit like an out-of-body experience. The world looks different, feels different, smells different, just everything is different.

The emotional influencer concluded her video by saying, “See you when I see you all,” before giving her a thumbs up.
Mrs Hinch captioned her heartfelt video: ‘Just trying to navigate the absolute rollercoaster of grief. But I just wanted to say hello and thank you for all your kindness, support and understanding xx.’
In addition to the video, the Instagram favorite also shared a carousel of family photos on her grid, explaining that telling her son about their grandfather was “by far the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in my life.”

‘Life has definitely changed forever, but as parents we find that struggle to get up, walk, talk and just try to laugh through the rollercoaster of grief. If you are going through this too, I am sending you all my love
