Greenberg Traurig’s attorney was handpicked by Spears in July 2021 to end her conservatorship, which he accomplished in just four months.
LA County Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny granted the petition to end the conservatorship in November 2021.
He had remained her lawyer for the past three years to tie up many legal loose ends, but now he is no longer representing the singer, via THR.
He recently settled an ongoing dispute with Spears’ father Jamie over his legal fees, which was resolved in April, with Spears gushing over him in May.

Rosengart said there is no active lawsuit involving Spears at this time, while thanking the singer in a statement.
“It has been an honor to serve as Britney’s trial attorney, working with her to achieve her goals in obtaining the court-ordered suspension of her former conservator, followed by the restoration of her fundamental rights and civil liberties, while continuing to protect her and more recently. to free her from all outstanding lawsuits and Byzantine legal proceedings. As I’ve always said, the credit goes to Britney,” Rosengart said in a statement.
He added in another statement on April 26: ‘As she wished, her freedom now means that she no longer has to attend or be involved in court or be involved in legal proceedings in this case .’
While Rosengart served in a number of roles for Spears behind the scenes, his primary role was as a trial attorney, and now his services are no longer needed.
