Lucinda Light has responded to the gossip and apologised for ‘insulting’ her TV husband Timothy Smith, in the latest twist in their shock feud.
The celebrant and the businessman were paired together in the 2024 series Married At First Sight and although they didn’t find love for each other, their friendship won the hearts of fans.
However, the two have since been embroiled in an unexpected and shocking feud, with Lucinda claiming Tim has blocked her on social media.
Tim then told fans how he was ‘disappointed’ after hearing ‘untrue’ things Lucinda had said, while an insider claimed she had ‘gossiped’ about him.
Now Lucinda has posted a lengthy statement on Instagram about their feud, apologizing to Tim and her fellow cast members for the “offense” she caused.
She admitted that she would have preferred to discuss her differences with Tim over the phone, rather than being stonewalled while she laid out their issues.
Lucinda responded to the gossip, insisting that she had only “trusted” her castmates with “behaviors” that had upset her.
She wrote: ‘Regarding the comments and blocks Tim made, I would have preferred more deliberate, clear and kind communication.

“If I had offended Tim, I would have liked to have had a phone conversation to resolve it. A couple of times I’ve told other cast members about real lawsuits I’ve had since the show and behaviors that have made me angry.
‘I’m sure I’m not the only one, we all have to process and share it. Being on a reality TV show was a huge experience and in many ways I’m still processing it.
“In my heart I have always treated Tim with understanding and compassion. I take responsibility for any pain I have caused by sharing my feelings and pain.”
Lucinda expressed her hope for their friendship and asked Tim for ‘forgiveness’, apologising for ‘upsetting’ him.
She continued, “There are no hard feelings on my part and I still hold a lantern of hope for our friendship. Ho’oponopono ~ I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.”
“I appreciate any feedback from cast members or others who feel I have hurt Tim in any way, it is certainly not my intention.”
“If Tim doesn’t know what I stand for after all these months of hanging out with him, then there’s nothing I can do about it. I just wish Tim all the love and success.”
“This is the last I’ll say on this piece, I’ve said what I have to say. I want to move on with my life~ I have a lot of love to share and I believe Tim does too.”

The couple split before making their final choice for MAFS earlier this year, but remained very close after filming wrapped last year.
However, news of their estrangement emerged last month, with Tim opening up about why he cut ties with Lucinda.
In a revealing comment, Tim said Yahoo Lifestyle That He didn’t just give up and say, ‘Eight chances were enough.’
He claimed Lucinda was “different” from the person he was married to during filming, as he detailed their feud.
“It was disappointing to hear bits and pieces that weren’t true, things that were twisted,” he added.
He wished Lucinda all the best and said he was eager to return to a normal life after his time on reality TV.
Meanwhile, an insider, described as a “good friend,” claimed that Tim broke things off with Lucinda because she had been “gossiping” about him.
Some of their Season 11 co-stars admitted they found it confusing that they were silently arguing, but said it might be because Lucinda is “too busy” to spend time with Tim.
One star claimed there is “a lot of resentment” towards Lucinda over her job prospects, but added that Tim was the least likely to be “jealous” of her success.
Lucinda has gone from strength to strength since her appearance on MAFS earlier this year, securing a host of impressive job opportunities.

The wedding officiant and holistic coach announced plans to tour Australia after recently selling out a speaking tour in the UK.
Speaking to Yahoo Australia, she mysteriously said: ‘I’m in discussions about it at the moment.
‘There is a lot on the agenda and for me the most energizing experience is talking to people, exchanging love and inspiring each other.’
The show, called An Evening with Lucinda Light, is expected to earn the TV personality a staggering $250,000.
The tour was originally scheduled to last ten dates, with Lucinda performing eight times. Each ticket was to cost £27.50 GBP ($52AUD).
