Lauryn Goodman is set to star in a “major twist” on Celebs Go Dating as she returns to the dating world following her legal battle with Kyle Walker.

After signing up late for the E4 show, the 33-year-old influencer was ‘thrown in at the deep end’ as he joined the series halfway through.

During filming, Lauryn was embroiled in a child support case with the father of her two children, soccer player Kyle, which lasted for two days.

Show expert Dr Tara Suwinyattichaiporn told how the model was forced to ‘catch up’ with the other celebrities, which involved a surprising twist.

She told The Sun: ‘We’ve had some intense sessions and we’re spending a lot of time together. We’ve also organized something else for her in the middle. You’ll have to see that.’

Tara added: “I don’t think I can really say because it has to be some kind of plot twist.”

“But you’ll see that she’ll be thrown in at the deep end when it comes to dating, when it comes to dating experiences.”

Lauryn will star in the new series of the hit dating show starring Chris Taylor, Helen Flanagan, Ella Morgan, Jamelia, Stephen Lustig-Webb and Tristan Phipps. The celebrity cast will be given relationship advice by experts Paul Carrick Brunson, Anna Williamson and Dr Tara Suwinyattichaiporn.

A friend of Lauryn’s told MailOnline about her TV plans: ‘Lauryn has had a lot of TV offers that she is considering and she wants to end this circus with Kyle.’

“There’s a lot of interest in Lauryn as a person, since Kyle kept going back to her. People want to know what all the fuss is about.”

Last month, Lauryn insisted the child support case was “all about the kids” after she lost her lawsuit against Kyle.

Her ex-Manchester City star criticised her for her “insatiable greed” after a judge ruled in his favour.

Kyle added that she used him as an “open checkbook” and “repeatedly threatened him to get what she wanted.”

One of the demands was a £33,000 air conditioning system, as the heat in summer becomes ‘unbearable’.

Lauryn had another problem with her patio, calling it ‘unsafe’ and wanting a £31,000 artificial grass surface instead.

Within 48 hours of giving birth, Lauryn filed a claim for financial compensation, asking for maintenance payments, already set at £110,000 a year for their son, to be increased to £177,000.

The England vice-captain agreed to purchase the £2.4million Sussex estate and spent more than £120,000 on walk-in wardrobes, blinds and curtains, sofas and garden furniture.

According to reports, Kyle is preparing to file a lawsuit against Lauryn to stop her from sharing their private life on social media.
