Kylie gone wild! Pop princess Minogue, 56, thrills Ibiza crowd as she dances atop the DJ decks in a VERY short skirt ahead of her new track’s release

Australian pop star Kylie Minogue thrilled her fans on Thursday when she shared a sexy preview of her upcoming rave single Edge of Saturday Night.

In the clip, the 56-year-old music legend is seen standing on top of the turntables at an Ibiza nightclub while wearing a very short skirt.

The beloved Padam Padam singer captioned the video with a spicy caption featuring lyrics from the new anthem, including the following line: “I need space, I’m on a hot date with my mistakes.”

Wearing fishnet stockings, a short floral skirt and a black top in the clip, Kylie looked ecstatic as she lip-synced to the song, surrounded by adoring fans.

At one point, the pop star was seen holding the hem of her miniskirt to protect her modesty.

“Does this mean I’m behind the decks?” Kylie joked in the Instagram post.

Fans responded enthusiastically to the pop star’s fresh musical direction.

“I love Rave Kylie so much,” one user messaged the singer. “Can’t wait! I need more Kylie music forever!!!,” another fan added.

“What a hot babe,” said another Kylie fan.

The hitmaker has been hinting all week about the release of the single, which is due out on August 14.

On Tuesday, the Melbourne-born international icon shared another clip of her wild night at DC10 nightclub for the famous Circoloco dance party on Instagram.

She posted a number of videos of herself partying the night away as her new dance track blares from the speakers and the crowd goes wild.

Kylie created the energetic track with American DJ The Blessed Madonna, who took her on stage with her at the packed nightclub for an epic performance.

In the videos, Kylie is seen hugging her DJ friend, real name Marea Stamper, and together they throw a huge party for the crowd. Kylie grins and claps as she watches the two go wild and dance to the music.

Marea shared her own clips on Instagram and gave insight into the origins of the song, telling how Kyle “breathed energy” into the upbeat dance track.

“This song is about boundaries. I started writing this song when we were on the edge of lockdown, writing lyrics on the edge of being a new person, on the edge of leveling up as a producer,” they explained.

“The song has had a long journey, but ultimately culminated when Kylie came into my life and breathed energy into Edge, and into me.”

Kylie has had a busy year following the success of her hit Padam Padam and recently got emotional while performing at BST Hyde Park.

The pop star reached a career milestone at the iconic event, performing at the festival for the first time in nine years, having last performed in 2015.

“I knew you were going to be here tonight, but you are so breathtaking, thank you,” she told the crowd of 65,000.

‘I know for a fact the last time I played BST was nine years ago, so much has happened for me, for you, for all of us. But we’re here and I’m so, so grateful.

“I wanna bottle this feeling, that’s what any artist would do. It’s because of you and I wish I had a better transition, but Hold onto Now,” she added, before launching into the hit.

In addition to her huge success, Kylie also recently revealed that she plans to retire after being offered a lifetime residency in Las Vegas, according to the Mirror.

She confirmed that Las Vegas could be the place where she ends her career, as stars like Elvis Presley have chosen to do so in a similar manner.

“They offered me a lifetime residency,” she told the Mirror of Voltaire, where she played her residency from November 2023 until May this year.

‘Let’s see, maybe I’ll do the classic and end there. It was great, the shows got crazier.

‘It was what I hoped it would be. It was a cross between a 70s cabaret club and Studio 54 – people went pretty wild for it.’
