The model, 50, was in the French capital to celebrate her daughter’s 22nd birthday after a busy fashion week.
During the night she stepped out of the Cibus restaurant where the party was taking place to smoke a cigarette.
While sitting outside on one of the wooden chairs, she accidentally lost her balance and slid off the chair onto the ground.
She was then helped by the friends who were outside with her and laughed the awkward moment away before returning to the venue.

She clutched a black shoulder bag and strutted down the street in ruffled velvet cowboy boots.

The pair were joined by model and actress Barbara Palvin and Russian model Natasha Poly dared to bare as she went braless under a sheer black dress as she arrived for the party.
