Jerry Jones’ family hit in car accident outside Levi’s Stadium ahead of Cowboys’ game against 49ers

The family of Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was reportedly involved in a car accident prior to Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers.

The general manager’s family members were traveling to Levi’s Stadium, where the Cowboys faced the 49ers on “Sunday Night Football.”

The second vehicle in the Jones family’s caravan was struck by a raised barricade outside the stadium, according to The Athletic.

The 82-year-old’s children, Charlotte Jones and Jerry Jones Jr., and grandson, Shy Anderson Jr., are believed to have been traveling in the vehicle that was struck.

Both Charlotte and Jerry Jr. were reportedly examined by the team’s medical staff before they could move into the visiting owner’s suite before kickoff.

It is believed that Charlotte has suffered a rib injury, while reports suggest that Jerry Jr. may have suffered a head injury.
