The actress showed off her toned pins in dark tights and added height to her frame with black heels.
The Crown star Ed McVey opted for a black jacket with a sheepskin collar, which he teamed with matching trousers and a white T-shirt.
It comes after Jameela revealed her ‘body is forever broken’ by societal beauty standards as she was named Glamour’s Game Changing Voice of the Year.
Jameela last won an award at the ceremony in 2013, when she was named Radio Personality of the Year, and reminisced about how it was an exciting time for women in body positivity.
However, she expressed her sadness at the return of “heroin chic” when she gave an impassioned speech about how women are once again “suffering and risking our lives” in the search for “the same Snapchat face.”

She urged women and girls to be kinder to themselves, saying, “I beg of you, as I stand here with a body forever broken because of what I put it through for our society’s beauty standards… not to sell your old lady self short.”
Jameela started her speech by talking about the optimism of the 2010s, before expressing her concern that there had been a setback.
The Good Place star said: ‘Boys are encouraged to build their bodies, and build their futures and legacies.
‘While women and girls starve, inject and hurt – and sometimes literally die – looking for the fastest possible route to the ever-changing, fickle beauty standard.’
“Why is women’s discomfort and harm still so hyper-normalized?” the actress asked.
Jameela then called on all women and girls not to bow to misogyny and instead make decisions that empower – not hurt – them.
In her powerful speech, Jameela said: “The patriarchy seeks to distract, destroy and erase [women] by the time we get older because we become harder to control. Because we become too valuable.
“And we can’t find out, otherwise we might spend more energy on things that could even affect the playing field in this world.”
She continued with a grin, adding, “Maybe we’ll get a good night’s sleep. Maybe we eat enough nutrients.
‘Maybe we become too happy with ourselves and really confident in who we are. Can you imagine what we could do?’
