I’m a new-money millionaire and these are the ‘rules’ I have for my personal assistant

A ‘new money millionaire’ has revealed the many rules she has for her jet-setting personal assistant.

But businesswoman Polina Nioly Pushkareva’s list of five rules is dividing people; some accuse her of patronizing “the help.”

Polina grew up poor in Russia before becoming a wealthy, influential businesswoman.

She has five companies and describes herself on Instagram as a Hollywood film producer.

The young woman claims that one of her four personal assistants is “always with her” and that she has some very lenient rules when they are chosen to travel for work.

The first is her $500 per diem – this covers her business attire, food, taxis and internet when she is on the road.

The second rule concerns the accommodation of her staff: she places them in the same five-star hotels, just in a lower quality room.

The third rule is about flying: she only buys economy tickets for her staff.

If they want to be in business with her, they can upgrade “using their salaries.”

The fourth trip reflects ‘good results’.

If it is a success, the PA will receive a ‘luxury gift’ as a token of Polina’s gratitude.

The fifth rule revolves around working hours.

Now she's being called out for 'patronising the help' after making a video with her PA

“When she travels, she works four hours in the morning and four hours at night,” she said.

“The rest of the time is her free time.”

She added that they “became friends” so she still hangs out with them most of the time.

Thousands of people cheered the young mogul for her work perks, but others criticized her.

‘Uh. This has a big, big “look how nice I am to help” energy and it’s gross!’ said a woman.

“Same energy as the people filming how nice they are to the homeless,” another agreed.

“Did you try to be flexible by telling us that you purposely reduced all her accommodations? And she’s your “girlfriend”?” said another.

Others couldn’t believe the businesswoman was beaten.

“She literally gets paid for everything. Why do people complain?’ one person wondered.

“People will complain about anything,” another added.

One PA intervened and said the assistant should be given a business flight, especially if he has to work on the side or in flight for a day, but the rest seemed normal.
