Now the troubled yet chic brunette is back on screen and I just had to know if the mask really had anything to do with her City of Love glow.
To make my transformation even more realistic, like Emily, I’ve had quite a month, both personally and with my career in a big city.

I used the LED mask for four weeks and noticed a huge difference in my skin
It’s also surprisingly comfortable. I’ve used LED masks before and none of them felt comfortable to wear. Although I definitely dozed off in the Current Body.
The mask comes with a corded remote control, which is also the battery and is charged separately from the device.
The remote control is easy to use as it only has one button – which turns it on and off. However, you don’t have to turn it off as it has a timer, so after the 10 minute treatment time it will automatically turn off.
I only had to charge my mask once every four weeks, about three weeks later after I noticed the light was getting dimmer. I thought I would give it a chance to charge that night, but it turned off before the ten minutes were up – leaving me to charge it and do the treatment properly.
The mask is loved by celebrities, including Gal Gadot, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian and Cillian Murphy, for its signature glow.
The mask comes with a dust bag and safety goggles to block out the red light. I haven’t used these myself, but the light is bright. If you have sensitive eyes, they are very useful.
After just four weeks I noticed that some fine lines had disappeared, the texture of my skin had improved and I had a ‘glow’ around me.

So what’s the science behind the technology? The non-invasive treatment combines red and near-infrared light, the two wavelengths that work beneath the skin’s surface to stimulate the natural rejuvenation process.
By stimulating collagen production and blood circulation, skin looks visibly more radiant and healthier.

I am curious to see how my skin continues to improve with the mask. Many reviewers said they saw changes after four weeks, just like me, but they didn’t really see a change in their face until eight weeks.
