Fremantle: Woman allegedly run down by a car before driver crashes into a fence in suspected domestic violence attack

A man has been charged over a suspected domestic violence incident in Perth in which a woman was allegedly hit by a car before the driver crashed into a fence.

Police rushed to the scene near the intersection of Amherst Street and Blinco Street in Fremantle after reports of a collision on Saturday afternoon.

CCTV footage shows that the car crashed into a fence shortly after a woman was allegedly hit on the street.

The woman fell from the car as it reportedly drove down the street before climbing the curb and crashing into the fence of a nearby home.

It is believed that a man and a woman – both in their 20s – who know each other, were involved in an altercation in the car before the incident. Western Australian reported.
