Disturbing footage shows rapper Fatman Scoop collapsing on stage during a concert in Connecticut.
The 53-year-old Be Faithful singer was seen struggling as he climbed onto a stage during his performance in Hamden on Friday, before falling unconscious.

Screams were heard as the rapper, whose real name is Isaac Freeman III, disappeared from view. Frantic efforts were made to revive him.
Hamden Mayor Lauren Garett said Scoop was taken to hospital by ambulance and urged fans to “keep him in their thoughts and prayers.”
