Doutzen Kroes suffered a wardrobe malfunction during the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in New York on Tuesday and handled the situation professionally.
The Dutch supermodel, 39, was one of many stars strutting down the catwalk – despite fans labeling the event as the ‘boring show ever’.
In a viral video, Kroes walked the catwalk while Chappell Roan’s song Femininomenon played throughout the room.
At one point, however, one of her heels suddenly got stuck in a thin crack on the runway.
Kroes could be seen bending down to take off her shoe, while fellow model Imaan Hammam reached out to offer help as she walked past.

However, Doutzen was able to take off her shoe and continue walking confidently down the runway.
Afterwards, the beauty was also seen throwing her arms in the air as she flashed a cheerful smile to the nearby crowd and received loud cheers.
The mother-of-two showed off her toned figure with a pastel pink bra and pink and white bottoms.
She paired the look with a sheer white net skirt and wore a pair of pink open-toed heels with butterfly embellishments.
Kroes also wore a pair of silver wings behind her back as she joined other models on the runway.
The star opted for minimal accessories to make the outfit the center of attention, adding a pair of chunky white hoop earrings.
Doutzen’s blonde locks were parted in the middle and flowed effortlessly down her shoulders in light waves.
Her makeup was glamorous and consisted of a coat of mascara on her eyelashes and a smoky shadow around her eyes.
In a short clip obtained by People, Kroes walked the catwalk as Chappell Roan’s song, Femininomenon, played around the room.

A warm blush was added to enhance her cheekbones, while a pink shade was worn on her lips for a finishing touch.
Kroes first made her debut at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in 2005, when she was 20 years old. She later became a Victoria’s Secret from 2008 to 2014.
The supermodel was last seen on the catwalk of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show ten years earlier, in 2014.
During an interview with Page six Ahead of the fashion event on Tuesday, Doutzen opened up about her return.
‘It’s unbelievable. I can’t believe it’s been 10 years, I had to look it up! Where has the time gone?’ she said to the outlet.
“I’m 39 now and I’m getting wrinkles here and there,” Kroes said, adding that she’s focused on “accepting getting older.”
‘I have given up the fight! I want to see beauty in everything. Self-development, self-care and self-love… it sounds very cliché, but I really believe that that is what shows beauty. Be satisfied with who you are.’

Ten years after she last walked the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Doutzen told the publication that she is a “different person” after “many years of self-reflection.”
‘I’ve learned that work is not who I am. I am not my work. Everything I get to do for my job is a bonus, and I really enjoy it.”
The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show returned on Tuesday – the last show took place in 2018.
In addition to Doutzen, others who walked the runway included Tyra Banks, Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, Adriana Lima, Barbara Palvin, Imaan Hammam, Ashley Graham, Alaato Jazyper, Xu Wei and transgender models Valentina Sampaio and Alex Cosani.
Lisa from Cher, Tyla and Blackpink took the stage as musical guests, making it the first all-female lineup in the brand’s history.
Fans had the opportunity to stream the event live on YouTube and Amazon Prime Video. However, social media users were quick to label the show as ‘boring’ after a ‘woke’ comeback.
