Charlie Spiering of DailyMail.com reports:

Trump thanks God for saving his life

Trump writes on Truth Social:

Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers yesterday, for it was God alone who prevented the unthinkable. We will NOT FEAR, but instead remain resilient in our Faith and Pride in the face of Anger.

Our love goes out to the other victims and their families. We pray for the recovery of the wounded and keep the memory of the civilian who was so horribly killed in our hearts. At this time, it is more important than ever that we stand united and show our true character as Americans, remain strong and determined, and do not allow evil to win.

I truly love our country and all of you, and I look forward to speaking to our great nation from Wisconsin this week.
