The actress, 55, who won an Oscar for the musical Chicago, shouted Happy Birthday with the U2 frontman, 64, holding a candlelit cake.
Catherine looked youthful and effortlessly stylish in all black as she put her arm around her boyfriend Bono before the camera turned to show Michael, 80, beaming.
She and the Sunday Bloody Sunday singer harmonized perfectly before she walked over to her husband and shared a sweet kiss.
Bono said: ‘That’s beautiful!’, while Catherine gushed: ‘Honey, what a treat!’.

It comes after the Welsh actress joked that she has run out of gift ideas for her husband after 25 years together.
So the stunner decided to strip completely naked for Michael’s milestone 80th and shared the sizzling photo to her Instagram on their shared day of September 25.

‘In my birthday suit! After more than 25 years of sharing my birthday with my husband, I’m running out of gift ideas!’ she joked, but then revealed that Michael would actually prefer a different gift.
“This is gift option two, with golf balls being option one…of course,” she told her followers.
While Michael might have preferred some golf balls, Catherine’s sizzling snap was a hit with her Insta followers, with hundreds of comments, while Elizabeth Hurley was among those who ‘liked’ the photo.

Catherine posted a photo of her and Michael enjoying their birthday together 25 years ago, at the start of their relationship.
Michael had his arms around Catherine and kissed her on the cheek as she smiled at the camera.
She captioned the show: “Congratulations to Michael and me! This was us on our anniversary 25 years ago! I love you with all my heart.’
Catherine also revealed that the photo was taken by their friend, photographer Jean Pigozzi, during a night out in New York.
The mother-of-two, who shares her children with Michael, also posted a black and white photo of Michael on her Stories and wrote: “Congratulations to my husband.”

Earlier this year, Michael opened up about the moment he realized his wife was ‘the one’ during an interview for TV show Lorraine in May.
The Basic Instinct star took a trip down memory lane as he fondly recalled the moment he fell in love with Catherine, and it all had to do with their shared passion, golf.

The Hollywood power couple met in 1998 at the Deauville Film Festival, where the actor was promoting A Perfect Murder with Gwyneth Paltrow.
Catherine was there in support of her film The Mask of Zorro with Antonio Banderas.
Michael told her shortly after they met, “I want to be the father of your children.”
The couple married at The Plaza in New York City in 2000 and welcomed son Dylan, 23, and daughter Carys, 20, shortly after.
Michael also has son Cameron, 44, from a previous marriage.
