Ben Affleck is “happy” as he slowly moves into his new home in a neighborhood he loves as his divorce from Jennifer Lopez progresses, a new report reveals.
The 52-year-old actor, who recently picked up takeout food at his new home, is doing well despite his legal separation from his fellow A-lister, 55.
A source for People told the publication on Monday that Ben is “doing well” and “slowly moving into his new home,” amid recent sightings of moving trucks at the marital home he shares with JLo.
The insider explains: ‘He’s where he wants to be: close to his kids and in a neighborhood he loves.
“He enjoys working and is very focused on the positive aspects.”

His ex Jennifer also seems to be doing well, all things considered. A source told the weekly that she is “still feeling very happy,” despite “feeling some bitterness about the split.”
The insider said: ‘She tried so hard to make it work and Ben didn’t care. She’s surrounded by family, friends and her kids.
“She always manages to keep a positive attitude. The divorce is hard for her, but she always finds a way to move on.”
Last Thursday, a U-Haul truck was spotted parked outside a divorcing couple’s sprawling Beverly Hills mansion, where they reportedly no longer feel “comfortable.”
The couple formerly known as ‘Bennifer’ – who legally separated on April 26 – originally paid $60.85M in May 2023 for the double-gated, 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom Crestview Manor estate, which sits on a five-acre spit of land.
There was also a strange red pickup truck full of cardboard boxes parked in front of the recently renovated home, which spans 4,300 square feet under roof and 3,500 square feet under air conditioning.
