Former Home and Away actress Tammin Sursok has revealed the biggest beauty and lifestyle secrets that kept her glowing in her 20s and 30s.

The Pretty Little Liars star just turned 41, but her glowing skin often causes fans to mistake her for someone 20 years younger.

The mother of two relies on a combination of a pescatarian diet, plenty of minerals, herbs and non-toxic skin and beauty products for her youthful appearance.

“I’ve never been a big smoker and I’ve never done drugs,” Tammin revealed on social media.

Tammin also shared that the secret to success lies in finding a form of exercise that works for you and sticking with it.

‘I’ve always been into wellness. I’ve been doing yoga and sports four or five times a week since I was 15.’

The star also has a regular skincare routine that involves washing her face twice a day and then applying moisturizer and sunscreen.

Tammin Sursok’s fitness routine

The famous actress previously told FEMAIL that she coordinates her workouts with her menstrual cycle. In the first half, she prefers to do intense sports such as running and cycling, and in the second half, she does yoga and walking.

“I follow a cycle sync, a habit I learned from a great book called Women Code,” Tammin says.

“The book is about doing specific workouts depending on where you are in your cycle.”

Tammin shared that she does all of her HIIT workouts during the first half of her cycle (the time when you typically feel like you have the most energy).

For the actress, it looks like running and cycling.

“Then, in the second half — which starts with ovulation and lasts 14 days — I take it easier and focus on yoga and walking,” Tammin said.

Tammin shared her difficult decision to give up sugar in March.

“I had a pretty bad sugar addiction,” she said on Instagram. “I had so many sugar cravings that I would get really moody if I didn’t have it.”

‘I also became more anxious when I ate sugar, because my blood sugar levels would shoot up and then drop again.’

The actress said she still eats a lot of fruit for the fiber and that natural sugars don’t affect the body the same way as added sugars.

Tammin is also a pescatarian and says she eats fish for the omegas it contains and is good for her brain.

“This form of omegas also greatly improves my mental health,” she said.
