Charges against Angie Harmon’s daughter, Avery Sehorn, were dropped Friday.
This comes four months after the 19-year-old was arrested on charges that she broke into a nightclub and stole about $500 worth of booze.

The next day, the probable cause hearing was canceled after the case was settled and the charges were dismissed.
George V. Laughrun, the attorney representing the Law and Order alum’s daughter, said in a statement: “After careful consideration and nearly four months of investigation, the district attorney has submitted that the state has insufficient evidence to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt to prove. .’

Additionally, the attorney stated that Sehorn was “glad the charges were dropped” and is “excited to move on with her life.”
On June 5, Sehorn was arrested and charged with breaking into the World Nightclub in Charlotte, North Carolina with two teenage boys, both 17, to steal alcohol.
The student was arrested shortly after the incident after midnight, but later released without bail.
The club owner claimed she stole six bottles of liquor totaling $500, according to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com.
The owner also told local news station WCCB that the teens allegedly broke in through the back door and hid behind the bar to steal the drinks.
They reportedly fled after being caught by cleaning crews, but were later stopped and arrested by police.
The entire incident was reportedly captured on security cameras.
