Alex McKinnon’s ex-wife Teigan Power has made a telling comment about her new boyfriend Jake Nelson.
Teigan has hinted that things are getting serious between her and Jake, just months after they made their romance official in December.
On Monday, she posted a heartwarming tribute to her boyfriend on Instagram, alongside a sweet snap of them cuddling up to each other.
In the photo, Teigan looked happier than ever, with a big smile on her face as she sat outside wrapped in a blanket with Jake, who had his arms around her.
The beautiful brunette made the telling comment in the accompanying caption.
Teigan – who shares daughter Harriet, five, and twins Audrey and Violent, two, with ex Alex – raved: “Really obsessed. Thank you for loving the girls and me.”
Jake responded in the comments, “I love you!”, with Teigan then exchanging the same words in a sweet exchange.

The couple attended the celebratory event with Teigan’s three daughters, a sign that things had become serious between the loved-up couple.
Teigan’s new romance came almost two years after she split from her childhood sweetheart, former NRL star Alex, 32, in January 2022.
Three months after they broke up, their divorce was announced. The couple confirmed at the time that the split was amicable.
Alex, who was left paralysed by a spinal injury sustained in a devastating tackle in 2014, said in April last year that he and Teigan still have a close friendship.
“Being a parent is an important job and having a strong bond with your mother is just as important,” he said.
“We’re still good friends. We both know we’re role models for the kids and we have to show them that it’s important to support each other.”

Alex proposed to his high school sweetheart from his hospital bed, just days after his promising NRL career was abruptly ended in March 2014 when he suffered a serious spinal cord injury at the age of 22.
He suffered fractures to his C4 and C5 vertebrae after a dangerous tackle just before half-time in the round three match against Melbourne Storm, leaving him paralysed.
Alex and Teigan married in October 2017 in an intimate ceremony in the NSW Hunter Valley.
The couple were together for 12 years and married for five before they decided to quietly end their relationship.
Alex has since found love again with social worker Lily Malone, 22. The two went public with their romance in March of this year.
Lily is studying for a BA in Social Work at Newcastle University, where Alex is studying Psychology and also works as an analyst for Fox Sports.
