Abbie Chatfield exposes ‘rude’ driver for passive-aggressive driving act many of us are guilty of – but some insist SHE is in the wrong

Abbie Chatfield was left furious Monday after an angry driver honked at her and asked her to pull out of her parking spot while she was eating in her car.

The 29-year-old Bachelor star said she was feeling dizzy after a yoga class, so she decided to eat some corn chips and guacamole to get some energy.

“Am I wrong in thinking that people shouldn’t honk their horns when you get in your car and you’re not ready to go? I think it’s really f***ing rude,” she asked.

‘I got in my car after yoga and I’m feeling really dizzy, so I got some guacamole and chips from Guzman Y Gomez. And I’m sitting here trying to enjoy my chips, trying to get some food in before I drive, because I’m shaking and I’m dizzy and I’m premenstrual and I feel really sick. Sick!

“I have an ear infection. I just need to eat something before I go on the road. And this person was sitting there, squealing at me!”

Abbie said she felt she had the right to sit and eat in peace after paying for her spot.

“I paid for an hour and 27 minutes, it’s over in three minutes. I’m going to sit here and eat my guacamole and chips,” she raged.

“I can sit down and I don’t have to move because you can’t find a parking spot! Sorry you’re late. Am I wrong?”

Abbie wrote under her Instagram rant: ‘Parking in Bondi is expensive please leave me alone!!!!!!!!!!!! This person waited for 6 minutes ?????? (Still sitting here as still dizzy)’

While many people defended the media personality, one person pointed out that it was an ill-considered decision due to the lack of parking in the area.

“It’s not really rude because there’s not much parking,” someone commented, to which Abbie replied: “That’s not my problem!!! Call the council, honey!! I’m going to faint!!!”

Others agreed with Abbie and gave tips to waiting drivers watching a parking lot.

“You can safely stay in your car,” someone commented.

‘The only thing is, if you’re walking to your car and you can clearly see someone watching your parking space, it’s polite to give them a little nod as you drive away, or to wave in a weird way: ‘I’m not leaving yet.’

‘So nice to take all the time you need, but if you see me slowing down to wait in your parking space while you get in the car, do me a favor and shake your head or give me a friendly gesture to let me know you’re not leaving anytime soon! I’m leaving in a minute!’ added another.

This came after Abbie admitted that she currently ‘hates’ herself.

Last week, the former radio presenter revealed that she wasn’t feeling well and tried to cheer herself up by posting a sensual selfie.

“YET AGAIN I am shocked to find myself hating myself in the days leading up to my period!” she wrote in the caption.

“Here’s a sexy photo of me that I love, taken at the only place in LA I liked, cropped because my tits are showing.”

“I’m desperately looking for confirmation as I wait for my next ovulation phase!” she added.
